Teachers, school leaders and administrators do not count as student seats.

Independent student accounts used at home are separate from school-managed student seats.
School-managed students do not need email addresses, exact birth dates or parent emails by default.
Discounts And Trials
Before the Teacher Plus End-of-year teacher trial offer opens, interest is collected without payment details. When its dedicated page says open, signed-in adult teachers can start Stripe Checkout. Your account and saved work remain after the pilot; existing paid access keeps its own terms.
One A$2 total payment gives pilot access until midnight after 31 December 2026 in Australia/Adelaide. There is no place limit or automatic renewal.
Codes may reduce a percentage, reduce a fixed amount, or make an approved period free when offered.
Complimentary access can be granted manually for pilots, support fixes or founder users without collecting payment details.
Continuing after the pilot is optional. Any future offer will show its price and require separate agreement; no continuation price is set.
Important Terms Summary
Public School, Parent Plus and other paid-plan purchases remain disabled during beta. Only an explicitly open Teacher Plus End-of-year teacher trial offer may start Stripe Checkout.
The Teacher Plus End-of-year teacher trial offer is A$2 total per teacher, quantity 1, paid once. It does not create or replace a subscription.
School is planned at A$10 per school-managed student seat per year. Seat changes will be handled through checkout, invoice, billing portal or support once payments open.
A minimum annual school charge may apply later, but it must be shown before purchase in checkout, an invoice, an order form or a signed school agreement.
Discounts, trials, coupons and complimentary access are discretionary, may be time-limited, and can be revoked if misused or applied in error.
Existing supported direct Stripe subscriptions retain three choices in Account Settings: stop renewal and keep access until the term ends; cancel now with an automatic prorata refund of unused time; or cancel now with a full refund of the current paid term, with no reason required.
For the one-off Teacher Plus End-of-year teacher trial offer, we offer a full refund for requests received by the end of 31 December 2026, Adelaide time, even if processed later. No reason is required; feedback is optional and never a condition. We refund the amount paid that has not already been refunded, up to A$2. Email pilot@dailymathsreview.au for access or refund help.
When the full refund is confirmed, only this paid pilot access ends. Your account, saved work and ordinary free access remain under existing account policies. Any independently valid plan or entitlement keeps its own access and terms; the request does not cancel a separate subscription. This voluntary offer does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. Subscription refund controls do not automatically process pilot payments. See the pilot refund terms.
Failed payments may limit, suspend or cancel paid features until billing is fixed.
The pilot payable total is A$2 in Australian dollars; no tax or fee is added to that total. Other plan prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Check the total before paying.
The person purchasing or managing a school account must be authorised to act for that school.
Schools are responsible for having the required notices, consents and lawful basis to create and manage student accounts.
Schools must remove teacher or student access when access is no longer appropriate.
Assessment and progress data is for teaching, planning and reporting support, not medical, psychological or high-stakes diagnostic decisions.
Student data is used to operate the service and is not used for student marketing.
Restore Purchases
The one-off pilot is A$2 total in Australian dollars. Other plan prices may exclude GST or other taxes where applicable. This page is a plain-English summary; the full terms of use, privacy policy and any school agreement control the legal details.
Parent Plus purchases: during the public beta, Manage Billing and Restore Purchases will take you to register interest instead of starting a payment.
