Assessments
Create curriculum assessments, monitor completion and use finalised results to plan what to teach next.
Student data and retention
What happens to assessment results
Student access follows the current roster: removal or transfer blocks old assignments and sessions immediately. The School can still keep past results for reporting, correction, export or deletion review.
- Raw closed responses are kept briefly and then minimised; derived marks, correctness and curriculum mappings can remain under the School policy.
- Temporary drawings and short-text marking artefacts are automatically deleted only under the approved short-retention rule.
- Final results and saved reporting records are not silently deleted. Archiving does not delete them.
- Ask a School administrator for an authorised export, correction, deletion or de-identification request.
