Apply for your director ID before company appointment.
Choose and check the company name, business name and trade mark position.
Register the Pty Ltd company through ASIC or the Business Registration Service.
Register the company ABN and company TFN after the ACN is issued.
Decide whether to register for GST now or monitor the A$75,000 turnover threshold.
Move bank account, Stripe account, software subscriptions and invoices under the legal entity.
Finalise terms, privacy, refund/cancellation policy, school agreement and child data handling before paid launch.

Verified Stripe payment grants and removes paid Teacher Plus access automatically. Do not use this panel to imitate, cancel or refund a Stripe subscription.
Use the Teacher Plus Founding Beta programme only for an approved non-Stripe exception such as an earlier supporter, support remedy or owner test. It does not count toward the first 100 paid places.
Revoking an admin grant requires a reason and restores any real Stripe subscription or the Free tier. Founding Teacher recognition is separate and remains unless it is deliberately revoked in Early Adopter Badges.
