Delete Your Account
Last updated: 1 September 2026
You can request deletion of a Daily Maths Review account without reinstalling the app or creating a new account. Choose the path that matches your situation.
If You Can Sign In
- Open Settings.
- Choose Privacy, Export And Delete.
- Review the scope, then submit the account-deletion request.
The request is recorded for review. It does not silently delete a School workspace or another person's records.
If You Cannot Sign In
Use the pre-filled account deletion request form or email support@dailymathsreview.au. Send only enough information to locate and verify the account. Never send a password, class password or payment card number.
School-Managed Records
A teacher, school administrator, parent or student should normally ask the relevant school to request deletion of school-managed class or student records. We verify the school's authority before changing those records and will not expose a roster or confirm that a student exists to an unverified requester.
What The Request Covers
- Account profile and authentication data controlled by Daily Maths Review.
- Saved reviews, home profiles, practice progress and other account-linked service records in the approved scope.
- Public Worksheet shares owned by the deleted account are revoked. Browser-only public Worksheet answers must be removed on that device with Restart or browser storage controls.
Subscriptions must also be cancelled through the provider that billed them. Some billing, security, dispute, legal-hold, provider-log or backup records may remain for the periods explained in the Privacy Policy.
Verification And Timing
We may verify the account email, account ownership, school authority or parent/carer authority, and may ask for a narrower scope if a request could reveal or remove another person's records. We aim to respond within 30 days where practical and do not mark a bounded deletion complete while more deletion batches remain.
For access, correction, export and complaint rights, read the Privacy Policy.
